Jody is a tireless worker who is passionate about quality journalism and raising the standards of excellence. She worked for me as a copy editor on "The Authentic Voice: Best Reporting on Race and Ethnicity" text book/DVD/website project, providing diligent and thorough suggestions that helped make the book more accessible and useful.

 

Jody also serves as a board member and judge in the Oakes Environment Reporting Award and helps judge the annual entries in the Let's Do It Better! Competition and Workshop on Journalism, Race and Ethnicity. I trust her judgment and love for telling a good story.
